The team was incredibly responsive and prompt throughout the process, and everyone was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the free color consultation beforehand and the touch-up visit afterward to review the job and fix minor details. They made me feel like a priority and wanted to ensure I was satisfied. This was a very positive experience.

When I asked for an estimate from CertaPro, they responded quickly and were able to give me a written estimate that included options. The pricing was fair and I was able to get the work done quickly and professionally. It's always uncomfortable having people working in your home, but the painters were terrific humans and I was impressed that they remembered little details I mentioned.
